The Return Policy for Ali J Boutique product purchases is as follows:


So you have a return or exchange?

As a community of women, we strive to make each purchase a wonderful experience for our customers. If

you are not pleased with your item, you may return it for store credit

Items are eligible for return if they:

• Have all tags attached AND have original receipt/invoice

• Are unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as they were shipped out

• Postmarked/shipped within 14 days of purchase date

Please do not attempt to return if an item doesn’t follow these criteria, as our returns department will have to

decline the return. Returns will not be accepted with obvious wear and tear, such as make-up stains,

deodorant markings, and/or rips and tears to clothing. If an item is received damaged, please contact

us directly within 48 of receiving your package so we can best assist you with this issue.

We have a quick and easy way for you to place a Return/Exchange ticket. You can either request a

different item (exchange will depend on availability of the size requested), or get Store Credit to use at a

later date.

Here is a simple guide to reference:

1 – Take note of your Order Number, whether from the invoice included in your order, or

in the email that was sent at time of shipment.

2 – Go to our Return/Exchange Ticket Page at

Or, go to the bottom of our website and click on Returns.

3 – Follow the steps to create a ticket and submit it:

A. Enter your Order Number and the Email Address associated with your Ali J Boutique order.

B. Check off the item(s) you would like to Return or Exchange

.C. After you check off the item, a dropdown will appear for you to choose the reason for Return or Exchange.

D. Select your Return Method. Note that there is no handling fee to return, however, return postage is the responsibility of the Customer.

E. If you choose “Exchange”, you have the opportunity to note what you would like to exchange for. Exchanges are fulfilled on the basis of availability. In the event the item is not available, Store Credit will be issued. Click Confirm.

F. When your Ticket is submitted, you will receive this confirmation window detailing your order number as well as the Return/Exchange Confirmation number.

4 – You now package back up your item in the same shipping bag. Return shipment is the responsibility of the Customer.

5 – After we receive the package, we will either issue Store Credit or ship out the item you requested in exchange. Either way, you will receive an email indicating:

• Store Credit code to use at a future date to purchase from Ali J Boutique.
